Oregon Senior!!!

Meet Jenna- a beautiful senior...from Oregon! We had a great session in Wilsonville, OR. It was a quite warm out so we treated ourselves to PeachyBerry -Frozen Yogurt Ice cream. (It is my new fav. addiction besides Panera Bread Coffee!)

Betsy & David -ENGAGED!

This was probably the record for the fastest session EVER!!! When I was out in Oregon we obviously had lots of plans and were going hither and yon to get it all in... From Mt. Hood to the Coast and lots of friendship bonding times in between. We had originally taken time out of our plans to have a full engagement session for Friday afternoon. But our plans got changed and so we "QUICK" snapped some photos Saturday night before we scattered off to somewhere else!

They are just really meant to be... Betsy had a totally different outfit picked out for pictures, but since our plans changed she just told David to wear whatever he was going to wear that night, and she just wore what she was going to wear... and it matched perfect!! Love ya Bets! Wish you guys the best and I am SUPER-DUPER bummed I'm not going to make it to OR for the wedding, I would have LOVE to been the wedding photographer for you! :-D

My Bro.

My only bro- and its a good thing! Even though he was bribed, He drug his feet and didn't want to do this. My sister was leaving early to go somewhere and even though Austin didn't have to be there until later he told her..."I'm going early with you so I don't have to get my pictures taken!" So when we actually got him out there... he did surprisingly well! Off course he is a goof off ...


But I did get some real smiles out of him! :)

MY BROTHER!!! yep... I'm not joking. Maybe I should look into a partnership?! ... Or maybe he just had a nice camera and actually got the people in good shots!... I don't think he was the one who came up with these poses, no I know he didn't!!

These pictures were taken of the 2011 FFA Officers, (at 7am this morning might I add)... I just got to have fun editing them :-)

Speaking of my brother... I have bribed, and bribed to get him to take his pictures and he is finally letting me tomorrow!!! It will be quick and we'll see if we get full cooperation!

We've had a submit your own "warm" photo... and its now August-We've been through the heat! Its not only that time of year when we are thinking of cooler weather, but Christmas Card season is almost here!!! Here's the new submit your own photo genre...

Christmas Pictures!!!

Now this Genre is going to be pretty broad... you don't have to submit a "Christmas picture" like one you've used on your card in past years... ( but how awesome would that be to have a Christmas card pic from the 80s-90s!!! Use your imagination... But really any picture that reminds you of Christmas or that represents this time of year- Submit It!

I know I know... no one wants to think of getting pictures around for their greeting cards already I mean it is only August but...Here's the good part...

Oh and what you've all been waiting for... this evenings Free Session won by Ashley for submitting her own "warm" photo this past winter. Sean & Ashley walked around Uptown Normal and Miller park with me and we got some good shots! Well at least I think so! Thanks guys for putting up with the horrible driving (ISU move in week) and the sweaty heat!!!
